We are establishing a database on all personnel interested in joining us.  We would appreciate it if you would tell us who you are, where you are, and where you have been during your life support career.  Starting with your first life support assignment (technical school if applicable) list all of your Life Support assignments in reverse chronological order.

The information you are providing will be added to our history section in a few days.  We are no longer accepting info on active duty personnel for this database.

Our newsletters are published twice a year.  To cut down on mailing cost we will e-mail them to you if you have a computer and are on line.  Are you on line?
