We are establishing a database on all personnel interested in joining us.  We would appreciate it if you would tell us who you are, where you are, and where you have been during your life support or flight equipment career.  Starting with your first life support/flight equipment  assignment (technical school if applicable) list all of your Life Support assignments in reverse chronological order. IMPORTANT: If you served in the military and you do not include your retired or separated rank, your assignment history will not be posted on this website!

The information you are providing will be added to our history section in a few days.  We are no longer accepting assignment info on active duty personnel for the database. Active duty members addresses however will be added to our address list.

Our newsletters are published twice a year.  To cut down on mailing cost we will e-mail them to you if you have a computer and are on line.
