LOST LIFE SUPPORTERS

Are you looking for a life supporter from your past?  Go to our address list page and check out the names there.  Click here for a list of personnel who served in the USAF Personal Equipment/Aircrew Life Support career field that we are trying to locate.  If you or anyone you know has any information on the whereabouts of any of the individuals listed, please let us know.  Perhaps with the help of our friends at HQ AFRC some of these people can be found.

If you are seeking information about a lost life supporter, obtain as much of the following information as possible and e-mail it to me.

1.   Full name and serial number/SSAN of the individual (I won't post the serial/SSAN on our web page.  It will only be given to HQ AFRC Life Support personnel if they request it to aid in their search).

2.   Rank held at a specific time or highest rank achieved.

3.   Unit(s) to which the individual was assigned or attached and the dates of service.

To contact a life supporter yourself who is still on active duty, or who has retired:  Write a letter to the person you wish to contact.  Place the letter in a sealed and stamped envelope with your name and return address and the name of the individual on the outside of the envelope.  Send this envelope to the agency below along with a note giving all identifying information above about the person you are trying to reach.  Ask the locator to add the individual's current address to your sealed envelope and to forward it to the person you wish to contact.  A $3.50 finder's fee must be included (make check out to:  DAO-DE RAFB).
